Met my younger self for lunch some days back
He complained about my taste in music
I didn’t expect him to understand
Met my younger self again not long after
He was surprised I got married
I told him, “She’s the kind of person who makes the world beautiful”
Met my younger self for the last time yesterday
He asked if I had a kid
I said, “Yeah. he laughs and smiles like you used to”
I set up a meeting with my older self today
He didn’t show up
Well…
